Is there a Servant of the Lake walkthrough for the whole weekend?
This page is the index. Open Day 1 and Day 2 for the rooms. Day 3 stays community-observed / TBA.
This Servant of the Lake walkthrough is the weekend map for Servant of the Lake by Rusty Lake, not a substitute for the Day 1 and Day 2 pages. Use it when a search lands you on “full walkthrough” and you need to know which day you are in, whether the Demo already ended, and when a single lock belongs on puzzles instead. Typical main-story length is about 4–5 hours; a recorded full path runs about 1:40 and is used below as chapter timestamps, not as a click-by-click script. Verified August 16, 2026 · Steam.

| Combat | None — point-and-click service, not a build or loadout game |
The house is one estate, but the weekend is three servant days plus a Demo slice that stops early. Open a day page when you are inside that day’s rooms. Stay here when you only need the map.

| Day | Spine (not a step list) | Open this |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Carriage, contract, porridge breakfast, Aldous 7:00 routine, welcome guests, tea, attic night | Day 1 walkthrough |
| Day 2 | Wake William, coffee, hunting, laundry, Alexandra’s bath — later rooms stay TBA where unconfirmed | Day 2 walkthrough |
| Day 3 | No P0 page. Community-observed / TBA. The recorded full path later shows a portrait repair, a crow, and closing the curtains — not a verified room list | Stay on this index until a Day 3 page exists |
| Demo / Lite | Arrival through the end of Aldous’s routine. Same house, shorter clock | This page + secrets for the bird |
The official recorded path is a conversation playthrough, not a UI overlay. Treat the clock as a chapter list: 00:12 carriage curtains, 03:04 contract, 04:06–07:52 breakfast and porridge, 12:17 guests, 16:29–18:25 tea, 28:48 attic, 33:24 Day 2 starts. If your room matches a stamp, you know the day. If it does not, you are either off the recorded order or in a Day 3 beat we will not fake as steps.
First-weekend habits — notebook, Demo vs full, how point-and-click focus works — belong on the beginner guide. A single failed lock belongs on puzzles. Softlock habits belong on tips. This page only answers “which day am I in, and which URL do I open next.”
Matched by build plan, shared topics, and guide progression — not random related links.
Day 1 is the hire. You leave the carriage, take the job, feed the house, dress Aldous to his clock, then keep guests from standing in an empty hall. Named Steam beats on this day include The Arrival, Preparing Breakfast, Waking up Aldous, Welcoming the Guests, Serving Tea, and Searching the Attic. The clicks for each lock are on Day 1, not in the paragraphs below.

| Beat | Recorded stamp | What “done” looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Arrival | 00:12 | Off the carriage, yard and hall readable, horse in view |
| Contract | 03:04 | You are hired; the house will now hand you chores |
| Breakfast / porridge | 04:06–07:52 | Milk, oats, and extras cooked and served — order is a Puzzles page, not a guess |
| Aldous 7:00 routine | 06:37 shave · 08:29 exercise | Clock at 7:00, then wake / shave / breakfast / exercise / dress |
| Alexandra appears | 10:09 | Sister is in the house; do not invent a combat role for her |
| Welcome guests | 12:17 | Reception is live — Welcoming the Guests / Preparing the Reception |
| Yard / horse | 16:05 | Optional pet — missable Petting the Horse |
| Tea | 16:29–18:25 | Guests have cups; evening can start |
| Attic night | 28:48 | Night-one search — Searching the Attic, plus community names for watch / intruders / crow |
Community Demo notes list his morning as open curtains, wake at 7:00, shave, breakfast, exercise, dress — and he does not like cold feet. Slippers are a wiki item; whether the dress beat hard-stalls without them stays community-observed. That sequence is why the Demo can end and still feel like a full chapter: you have learned the servant loop on one brother. The full game keeps going into reception, tea, and the attic. If you are stuck on the clock or the portrait wall (235 from watch clicks and blinks), jump to puzzles and come back to Day 1 for the room order.
Once Aldous is dressed, Day 1 stops being a bedroom tutorial. Preparing the Reception, Welcoming the Guests, Opening the Reunion, and Serving Tea are the same point-and-click language with more people in the frame. Small repairs and the bouquet beat (Ruining the Bouquet) show up on community Day 1 lists; treat those names as landmarks until Day 1 writes the clicks.
Community achievement names for night include Checking for Intruders, The Night Watch, Searching the Attic, and Chase away the Crow. We will not invent attic room IDs or crow click order on this index. If you came here from a “full walkthrough” search at 2 a.m. in the house, open Day 1 and keep secrets in a second tab for the bird and the 3:05 clock.
Day 1 ends when the house sleeps. The next morning is a different brother — that is the only reason Day 2 is a separate URL.
Day 2 is William’s morning and the house’s heavier chores. The recorded full path marks the day change at 33:24. Verified openers are Waking up William and Preparing Coffee. The afternoon and evening spine we will name — hunting, laundry, Alexandra’s bath — without pretending every hotspot is re-clicked on this site yet.
| Beat | Recorded stamp | Open if you are here |
|---|---|---|
| Wake William | 33:24 | Day 2 — temper is flavor, not a fight |
| Coffee | Morning, Day 2 | Kitchen tools you already used for porridge; grind / serve chain |
| Floors | Community list | Cleaning the Floors — afternoon chore, steps TBA where unconfirmed |
| Hunting | 43:19 | Going Hunting — still point-and-click; do not invent weapons or classes |
| Laundry | 47:24 | Doing the Washing — evening chore |
| Undress / bath setup | 52:21 | Leads into Alexandra’s bath; keep it on Day 2, not a new page |
| Alexandra’s bath | Helping with Bathing | Evening, Day 2 — sister’s beat, not a spoiler dump |
| Night duties | Community list | Night Time Duties — mark TBA if the room is not on Day 2 yet |
Search traffic for “walkthrough day 2” is usually a stuck bed or a stuck coffee mill. Wake him first. Coffee is a kitchen chain, not a new minigame — if Day 1 breakfast already taught you to gather before you serve, do that again. Full opener steps: Day 2.
Going Hunting at 43:19 on the recorded path looks like a genre change if you only read the achievement name. It is not. You are still a servant clicking a weekend. Same for Doing the Washing at 47:24. If a guide starts handing you loadouts, you have left this game.
Helping with Bathing is an Evening, Day 2 name. The recorded path’s later stamps — portrait repair around 1:11, a crow around 1:21, curtains around 1:37 — sit after the Day 2 chores we can name. Those later beats are community-observed / TBA on this index. Do not treat them as a hidden Day 2 checklist, and do not open a Day 3 URL that does not exist yet.
If you only needed the William / coffee / hunt / bath map, you can leave this page. If you are still in a Demo build, the next section will tell you why Day 2 never appears.
A Servant of the Lake demo walkthrough is a Day 1 slice, not a short version of the weekend. Steam and mobile Demo / Lite builds run arrival through the end of Aldous’s morning routine. When that routine closes, the sample stops. The full game continues into guests, tea, attic, William, and everything after.
| Build | Where it stops | What to read |
|---|---|---|
| Demo / Lite | After Aldous is dressed — curtains, 7:00, shave, breakfast, exercise, clothes | This page + beginner guide |
| Full weekend | About 4–5 hours through Day 2 and into Day 3 TBA rooms | Day 1 then Day 2 |
| Recorded full path | About 1:40 of spoken play — useful stamps, not a replacement for your clicks | Use timestamps on this page, then open the matching day |
Official copy on the game site: follow the bird. That is the Lite / Demo secret. Path, rooms, and what you get are on secrets. Do not wait for a Day 2 page that the Demo will never load.
Mobile Lite / Demo uses the same chores and the same Aldous gate. Touch targets are meant to be clean — if a pixel hunt appears, you are probably off the intended hotspot, not on a hidden mobile-only dungeon. First-weekend habits (notebook, focus, when to stop guessing) stay on the beginner guide.
Three things walk past you while you are busy being a good servant: the horse, the bird, and a clock that is not 7:00. None of them are required to finish a day. All three are easy to leave behind if you only follow the chore list.
| Missable | When it shows up | Where the steps live |
|---|---|---|
| Petting the Horse | Yard after arrival — recorded path shows the horse around 16:05; achievement lists it as Morning, Day 1 | Achievements · yard beat on Day 1 |
| Follow the bird | Demo / Lite secret; still worth a look in the full house | Secrets |
| You Found Him (3:05) | Kate’s letter points at a time. After you know 7:00, set Aldous’s clock to 3:05 | Secrets · hidden row on achievements |
Aldous’s bedroom clock is the Day 1 gate at 7:00. The hidden You Found Him beat reuses that clock at 3:05 after Kate’s letter. Do not overwrite 7:00 on your first morning and then wonder why he will not wake. Finish the routine, read the letter when the house gives it, then come back. Trigger details stay on secrets so this index does not spoil the room.
Petting the Horse is a named Steam goal, not a required chore. The bird is the published Demo secret. If you are hunting the 49-goal list, open achievements and treat unverified hidden rows as TBA. If you only want to finish Saturday, skip them and keep the day page in front.
Portrait repair, a later crow, and closing the curtains appear late on the recorded path. They are community-observed chapter marks, not a checklist we have re-run room by room. Do not mark them “missed” on a first weekend, and do not invent a post-game route to hold them.
Cast and spoiler-light prequel context, if you want names without steps: characters and story.
